All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@charmedembers.com . Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and make it right.

Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.

Product Care Reminder
Beeswax candles are sensitive to heat and handling. Slight variations in color, shape, or scent are natural and part of their handmade charm.
